Daniel Bumby - Business Development Manager - Highlander Direct

Profile iconDaniel joined Highlander in December 2004 with the remit to create Highlanders own direct sales division - servicing clients throughout the UK.

A strong track record in sales management and business development has seen Daniel work for corporate companies within both the insurance and I.T. sector. His previous post saw a successful grounds up development of an e-commerce venture that resulted in a corporate sales model achieving £2m revenue within the first year of trade.

Daniel aims to provide Highlander Direct with a similar growth model which will be based purely on customer service. This will be done through the use of Highlanders current core values and a business model that moves away from the 'box shifting' mentality of many current direct business suppliers.
