On a personal note, I have used Highlander while working at three companies and over 10 years, I have found the entire team from Sales, Support, Accounts and the Management at Highlander not only very friendly, professional and flexible, but also extremely knowledgeable often overcoming problems that I inherited.

Highlander has already become a key partner to the group of Companies. I have been delighted with the management of our contract and within a matter of months we now place our IT hardware and software purchasing business; Highlander are now not only our IT support partner they are also our primary IT supplier. Their hardware knowledge and competitive pricing has made them my first point for contact for any IT purchasing.
The helpdesk team are professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. They have demonstrated a wide range of technical knowledge and skills and are friendly and approachable- I feel like I am working with my own in-house team. The structure Highlander use with a key account manager, a technical account manager and a helpdesk team works very well for our group and the technical tools at my disposal (web logging system and centralised network monitoring resource) facilitate call logging and provide an overview of our systems I didn’t previously have.
The handover to Highlander has been a smooth and fast process and as a result the IT & Systems in place work better for the users in our group of companies.
I believe the installation has gone as smoothly as we could ever have wished for and certainly the engineers have been a credit to Highlander and were helpful and obliging in all matters.
My faith in computer companies has almost been restored although this is difficult to achieve with the scars that I bear from our earlier experiences.
Certainly the efforts of Highlander their personnel have been exceptional to date and I thank you all.
In February this year we contacted Highlander to discuss a large ICT suite that we were to install in a soon to be renovated building. We received a prompt visit, which soon followed with a second meeting outlining their proposals and their reasons for these.
As relative novices in full networking solutions we wanted Highlander to provide us with a complete solution. As often the case with grant funded projects there was plenty of red tape to cut through. Highlander persevered with us during this time and even though it took over 6 months from quote stage to installation they stuck with us and gave advice throughout the whole event – they even notified us that prices had been reduced and we could have more kit!
Once we decided to place the order Highlander organised and completed the network cabling, the benching and furniture, and the installation of the full IT suite with interactive whiteboard. The technicians have been extremely helpful and have done everything possible to make the project run as smooth as it has done.

During the course of we have upgraded computers in each department and had our offices re-wired with no loss of working time.

There are obviously issues when trying to set up something differently to where it was before.
